Family Office Brain

The office's memory: memos, packs, and history you can ask, without invented answers.

What it is

Family Office Brain, scoped to the office.

The office's memory. IC memos, weekly packs, policies, and manager reports become something people and systems can ask. Answers come from the files the office already keeps, and each one points back to source.

Why family offices need it

Discretion. Multi-entity. No invented answers.

  • Discretion is the default. The index follows the office's existing authority, not a shared tenant. A question about one entity does not surface another family's papers.
  • Multi-entity offices need context. An answer has to know which trust, holdco, or SPV it belongs to, or it is the wrong answer.
  • Principals cannot use a fluent guess. The brain answers from retrieved source material, or it says the corpus does not contain it.
How we deliver

Align. Prove. Transfer.

The same three stages on every engagement. The office decides what is in scope. ASI does not become a permanent gate.

  1. 01

    Align & bound

Name the corpus, the questions the office actually asks, and who may see which sources. Scope is a collection, not the whole archive.

  2. 02

    Prove in control

Ingest, index, and retrieve with citations. Evaluation is against held-out office questions, not a public leaderboard.

  3. 03

    Augment & transfer

The brain and the query path transfer to the office. Adding the next collection does not mean starting over.

A private briefing for the office.

Tell us how the office runs. If this service, or a 90-day measured pilot, is the right next step, we will say so.
