Last updated: 31 May 2026
1. About this policy
ASI Intelligence ("ASI", "we", "us", "our") provides agent-native revenue intelligence services. We are based in Australia and operate a delivery network across the Asia-Pacific region. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information, and how we comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). By using our website (asiintelligence.io) or engaging our services, you agree to your personal information being handled as described here.
2. The information we collect
We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for our business functions, including:
- Identity and contact details: name, email address, phone number, job title, and company.
- Engagement information: the contents of your enquiries, pilot scoping details, and communications with us.
- Commercial information: information about your organisation's systems, data, and workflows that you choose to share when scoping or delivering an engagement.
- Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, and how you interact with our website.
- Marketing preferences: your choices about receiving communications from us.
We do not seek to collect sensitive information (as defined in the Privacy Act). Please do not send us sensitive information unless we specifically request it.
3. How we collect personal information
- Directly from you, when you complete a form, email us, book a call, or engage our services.
- Automatically, through cookies and analytics tools when you use our website.
- From third parties, such as referrers, publicly available sources, and business contact databases, where it is reasonable to do so.
4. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- respond to your enquiries and provide information you request;
- scope, deliver, and support our services and pilots;
- operate, maintain, and improve our website and offerings;
- send you communications and marketing where you have consented or where permitted by law;
- meet our legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations; and
- protect the security and integrity of our systems.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand how it is used. We use third-party analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which may set cookies and collect usage data such as pages visited and interactions. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the site may not function properly as a result.
6. When we disclose your information
We may disclose personal information to:
- our personnel and the specialists in our Asia-Pacific delivery network who support an engagement;
- third-party service providers and sub-processors who help us operate our business (for example, hosting, analytics, email, and communication tools), under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
- professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants;
- a purchaser or successor in the event of a business sale or restructure; and
- government, regulatory, or law enforcement bodies where required or authorised by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Overseas disclosure
Because we operate a delivery network across the Asia-Pacific region and use service providers that may store or process data outside Australia, your personal information may be disclosed to, or stored by, recipients located overseas, including in countries across Asia-Pacific, the United States, and the European Union. Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
8. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required to meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations. When personal information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or de-identify it.
9. How we protect your information
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. These include access controls, encryption in transit, and supplier due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will respond in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act.
10. Accessing and correcting your information
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity first. There is generally no charge to request access, though we may charge a reasonable fee for the cost of providing it in some cases.
11. Marketing and your choices
Where you receive marketing communications from us, you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. We will action your request promptly.
12. Children's privacy
Our website and services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.
13. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. Because there is no consistent industry standard for DNT signals, our website does not currently respond to them.
14. Overseas users
If you access our website or engage with us from outside Australia, including from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, additional data protection laws may apply. Where they do, we will handle your personal information consistently with those laws, and you may have additional rights, such as rights to erasure, restriction, and data portability. Contact us to exercise any such rights.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the "last updated" date above. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
16. Contact us and making a complaint
