How this is scored.
The score is the sum of the weighted answers across eight dimensions, gathered conversationally rather than from a fixed question set. CRM data quality and security and governance count more, because office AI programmes fail on those first. The maximum is 30. The interview, the scores, and the transcript are stored for follow-up and research, as set out in the privacy policy.

How long does the interview take?
About eight minutes, with a ten minute ceiling. It adapts as you answer, so it can wrap a topic early once there is enough to go on.
Is it really free?
Yes. The interview and the report are free and there is no login. It starts with your work email, the score appears as soon as the interview ends, and the rest of the report opens from there.
What does the score mean?
It rates how ready the office is for governed AI across eight dimensions, from 0 to 30, and places the office in one of three tiers with a clear next move.
Where does what I type go?
To ASI's server, and to the language model provider that runs the interview under contract. Keep answers general and leave confidential information out of the chat.
Are the answers stored?
Yes. Your email is stored with the conversation from the moment it starts, and when you open the report that email, your name, role, scores, and the transcript are stored together.
What is the stored data used for?
Follow-up with the context of what you said, and research to improve the interview and the scoring. Never to train models, and never sold. Section 5 of the privacy policy has the detail.
Can I have my data deleted?
Yes. Email sameer@asiintelligence.io with the subject Delete my data and the address you used, and ASI deletes the record and confirms it.
